The Arakar Journey as a CFA Group Member
Founded in 2024 in the UAE, Arakar Investment Management LLC is licensed and regulated by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) with Category 2 Licenses and operates onshore across the GCC. As part of CFA, a regulated financial Group, we align governance, incentives, and execution within a single risk framework. We combine origination, fund management, and structuring (funds, feeder/master, and SPVs), together with harmonized KYC/AML, to deliver more efficient, transparent, and compliant cross-border access for Professional Investors

Preserve and grow professional investors’ capital through a unified risk framework, onshore licensing, and institutional structures (funds, feeder/master, SPVs) that transform sophisticated opportunities into transparent, investable ones with full regulatory alignment
How we deliver:
- Risk first, then return: consistent, sustainable risk-adjusted returns by applying scenario analysis and downside protection - all within defined position limits, concentration guardrails, and liquidity terms aligned with each asset’s profile
- Real alignment: co-investment and GP capital at risk, paired with a transparent fee structure - management fees and performance fees - subject to hurdles and high watermarks, and clawback mechanisms where applicable
- Measurable execution: milestones, operating KPIs, and institutional reporting
- Seamless cross-border compliance: harmonized KYC/AML and consistent structures across GCC and other markets
